but last 2 months lo almost 9 lbs gain ayyanu

5.9 now 145lbs....

tea indian chai

oka 30 mins like bathing complete ayyaka banana or wheat bread with peanut butter or 4 eggs organic or tilapia fillet ...... protein powder with organic milk

30mins taruvatha gym 5 mins cardio weights 30-40 mins rest for 10 mins cardio for 10 mins

protein powder with water and veg salad or banana organic

lunch lean meat chicken,goat,ground turkey, (lambnot often ) brown rice. buttermilk and multivitamin

evening snack water melon or grapes or beans or brocolli or eggs or nuts or figs

dinner (i cook food for lunch more so the same i continue)

after 2 hrs of dinner 2 banans or anything for 200 cals (not bread)


before 1 hr of going to bed caesein powder with fat free organic milk or 120 gms of cottage cheese

Note : if u r with roomates it may be difficult. I get all my groceries seperate.

meat, milk and fruits are game changers i beleive..........
