Neeku oka window open avutundi ... Add packages ani option vuntundi ... Add your Fixpack there ... inka Next next next press cheskunta vellipo . Note all the client tools in Infosphere information server suite has to be closed to install fix pack

and You should have Administrative rights on your machine to install
