H1 Approved- Still A Doubt If It Is True.

Hi All DB folks,
I have a question on my Approved status. I just got a mobile alert that my case is updated. To my surprise it is approved. But, this Monday my clock stopped and my lawyer confirmed she got an RFE( 2nd RFE) on Tuesday. I am not sure if my lawyer responded so quickly or what. I am totally confused if this happend my error on USCIS or true. Please clear my doubt on it.

My question is did someone ever get an approval that later went back to RFE ??
