naku same situation kani decide cheyaleka poya.. transfer petaka minimum paystubs tho velali which might take time..

nenu kuda stamping taruvata transfer petukunta....

1) Apply for H1 transfer..
2) After it's approved go to india
3) Go to stamping with new approved FT i797.
4) Return happily with no hassles.
