I140 Approved..........need To Change The Employer

Na I140 approved and currently working as contractor for a Client. 140 was approved with company A(desi company). Now got a full time opportunity with company B and my employer A is telling he will revoke the I 140.

Can i retain my PD with employer B even if my I140 is revoked with employer A

Yes go ahead..employer can with draw ur petition..though u can use PD with new employer..only u cannot if USCIS finds ur employer A is fraud and its shut down on basis of fraud then all petions filed by them will be void..

Is it true.............If it is..............then i cannot port my priority date

that is true anukuntuna (mostly).. you have to be with your employer for atleast 6 months after i 140 is approved

yes even nenu kuda vinnaa idi... kaani GC process cheyali ante u dont have to be with that employer kadha... may be currently aa employer tho lekapothe 485 and 140 concurrent ga apply chestharemo..

agreed.. gc is for future employment.. company B to which you are trying to transfer process start cheyamani..tell them that you are going to join them after 6 months.. adi niku kuda safe..
