I140 Approved..........need To Change The Employer

There are some cases where they didn't but we can fight with them thrgh lawyer..

Check with new employer attorney or other attorneys..I told from my research and exp..I am not attorney..

So new offer is so good check with multiple lawyers..and decide..

No that's rule for 485..after u get ead u have to for 6 months..then u can join other company if new job responsibilities are same..

hope this would help...it clearly states that that the PD is yours can be carry forward to another employer unless it is revoked for any fraud/wilful misrespresentation...

An employer can only WITHDRAW ur Petition(I-140)
Only USCIS can REVOKE a petition

I haven't read what others said...but okkati matram telusu...You can use your PD with your new company even if your old employer revokes or cancels your approved I140 (provided your i140 was valid for over 180 days from the day it was approved).

Where did u get this 180 days period validity rule ? From any lawyer ? Any link would be helpful...

but why ppl in trackitt are saying that they were not able to port the PD... even after appealing with USCIS couple of times they didnt chagne the date.. please check the link i posted in first page of this thread.
