srikanth198226 Posted September 13, 2013 Report Posted September 13, 2013 bhaiyaa, The PD is yours and it can be carried forward to another employer even though your old employer revokes it unless USCIS revokes it for fraud/wilful misrepresentations... please find the latest link below... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsVVoaWC2Bo&feature=player_embedded
dotnetrockz Posted September 13, 2013 Report Posted September 13, 2013 An employer can only WITHDRAW ur Petition(I-140) Only USCIS can REVOKE a petition
jsk423 Posted September 13, 2013 Report Posted September 13, 2013 I haven't read what others said...but okkati matram telusu...You can use your PD with your new company even if your old employer revokes or cancels your approved I140 (provided your i140 was valid for over 180 days from the day it was approved).
