• 6 to 9 years of experience in [b]Microsoft .Net technologies – C#, [url="http://asp.net/"]ASP.Net[/url], Visual Studio .Net, IIS[/b]
• Needs to have a solid understanding of [b][url="http://asp.net/"]ASP.Net[/url] MVC[/b]
• Hands on experience in designing and developing [b]User Controls, Web Pages and Web Forms is a must[/b]
• Hands on experience writing [b]SQL Queries[/b] is a must
• Must have exposure to complete SDLC processes and models
• Good communication skill is a must – should have experience working with business users and analysts
• Knowledge of debugging, analyzing and tuning performance issues
