Fte Job Direct Clinet Or Big Consulting Firm Unable To Decide ?

I got 2 offers for FTE one is in minneapolis offering 100K direct clinet and other big american consulting firm offering 120K in detroit. Please suggest unable to choose . I am on h1b .

My personal experience..... go for direct client...that too you are on h1 b...its always safe.....consulting firm treats you well as long as you are on project....once you come on bench they treat you worst btw on which tech bhayya?
