riashli Posted October 13, 2013 Report Posted October 13, 2013 @tadika..recipe eggs ni hard boil chesi pettuko basmati rice ni oka 30min soak chesi tarvata cook cheyi..a water lo koncham whole spices n oka tsp oil add cheyi..rice podi ga vastundi..water drain chesi rice daggara pettuko oka vessel tisukoni,koncham ghee add cheyi,fry kaju..tarvat whole spices, onions,green chillies,pudina,dhania leaves,ginger garlic paste,dhaniya powder,biryani masala(ready made u get),koncham fry cheyi next oka chopped tomato add n fry tatvata half cup curd add chesi oil seperate ayye varaku fry next boiled eggs add on top of it add cooked rice n some ghee on rice put for dum for 15min..ante
