Ma friend gadu H1B Visa Masters quota lo apply chesadu..But twist endi ante when he applied for H1B Visa (Masters quota - general) on Apr 1 he didn't have his Masters degree. Vadiki oka compri leftover unte complete chesadu, he got his degree on Apr 7th as hemet his requirements.

(Degree lekanda OPT extension ela vachndi ani doubt ravachu...For that, when he was applying for OPT extension, Univ nundi oka letter petti apply chesadu. Ala under special case, he got his OPT extension approved).

 

So after applying for H1, he got RFE on July 1st (asking for degree certificate and degree completion date). lawyer gadu pampadu documents and univ nundi vachina letter lo completion date lo Apr 7 ani undundi. RFE changed status to Under review on July 17th.

 

Oct 1 varku wait chesadu, result inka rale RFE pending ane undi...so munde safe side ki seepeetee iche kalsala cheri chaduvtu work chestunadu. Waiting sesthe kashtam ani premium ki apply chesi paisalu kattadu...Adhi chesi 8 days ayyndi but inka money cut kale...Asalu H1 vastadi antara radu antara? what are your suggestions..?? its a normal case,he will get approved for sure.
as he didn't send masters cert at the beginning they were asking for that.

inka konni cases lo masters may lo ayyipothadi but they do apply in april itself by agetting a supporting letter from their school
