Friends, I have few questions regarding H1b Amendment. Can someone please clarify.

 

1. Employer change avvkunda, client maarithe H1 amend cheyala?

2. H1 amend chesinappudu, H4 dependents USA lo undala? (H4 extension apply cheseppudu country lone undali kadha anduke ee doubt)

3. Employer change avvakunda, client maarithe GC paina effect enti? current status already I-140 approve ayyindhi anukunte.

4. H1 amendment deny ayye chances untaya, provided similar job title and same or more salary unnappudu?

5. employer unna state lone kotha client undala?
