Nenu OPT extension apply cheyali and next year H1 file cheyali, but Masters certificate ledhu.....nenu last sem fee pay cheyali and antha money prasthutham arrange cheyalenu.....naa question enti ante nenu OPT extension without Masters certificate apply cheyocha??? and also next year H1 file cheyocha without Masters certificate???  Maa school nundi program completion certificate theesukunna.  Please help cheyandi ee matter lo....andhariki runapadi untanu....

Yes they are needed. But eehone can be applied with bachelors.

opt extension ki degree kavali anukunta. Maa DSO ayithey nenu apply chesinapudu kavali ani specific ga cheppindhi

Talk to ur DSO and ask them if there is any solution.
