Tadika Posted January 28, 2014 Report Share Posted January 28, 2014 id same vunchudam ani tharvatha decided...vinuu ne... :) pulihora reciepe - for 2 people Soak Tamarind.... big lemon size Cook rice around one cup fry groundnuts in 6 spoons of oil and keep them aside in the same oil add ginger small piece,mustard seeds(aavalu),add green chillies 2-3 based on spicyness........let the mustard cracking sound be heard.add a pinch of turmeric powder,if there add a pinch of hinge(asafoetida/inguva) ...then add the squeezed tamarind juice let the mixture boil and become thicken...the exact end point is you can see oil seperating from the mixture .....then add salt accordingly. mix this mixture in the rice little by little.....so that it should'nt be too much sour..then add the groundnuts too... :) google sesthe ilantivi 100 dorukuthay naku acha telugu lo explain cheyvaaa Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
