H1B Motion To Reopen

My new h1b denied due to E-E relation, filed an MTR with a client letter and it's in inital review past 2 months. Only update i received was a change of address. Anyone in forum with any experience on MTR, how long it takes and results? $s@d

@HopeHope: wow :( 5 months and nothing yet, did you directly send to service center or thru arizona office? after 1 month i got update about a change of address, i applied thru arizona office. I heard you can contact uscis and ask for update after 90 days.

 

@dummyquestion: wow 3 monthls lo approval, lot of luck , work permit expriing soon emi cheyyalo ardham kaavatledu chala daridramana paristhidi, i'll just keep waiting for now. Thanks for input.

my case CSC lo undhi, na employer cheptunarru ki CSC is slow processing :( immigration website lo appeal time says 6 months naku telisi MTR should be faster than appeal, hopefuly you will get it this month. Any update please post here, i also will.

Got my h1b approved!! MTR still shows inital review but old status says "On December 9, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER". Good luck!! 100 days after filing MTR got the approval. I opted to raise a request after 90 days on dec 2nd, 9th got the approval. :lol:

Na old receipt lo status ivala change ayind after 6 months of applying mtr.we reopened this case ani..neku ilane aynda or direct approved ani marines?

E stage kochaka anyone has any idea how long it can take for decision..any experiences pls share..
