Extremely Urgent.. Need Help With Uscis Status Update H1B Reappeal

I got this update on my I290b for H1 reappeal... dani ardham emiti.... asalu bhoda padataledu... evaraina reappeal chesi unte ilanti updates unte please take 2 mins to reply me....

i did an Motion To Reopen on my denied h1b not an appeal, did you put in yours as an Appeal?? This status means they have forwarded your case to the AAO main office for a recheck and decision on the h1. You shoudl be hearing back in a month or so. When did you file your appeal and which center? Is this your first h1b?

 

Mine is still in initial review, i sent to CSC on Aug end. Please respond so i too can estimate how long i need to wait.
