I was involved in a car accident where I bumped into other car after hard brake and it was just a minor hint where no was injured. First car stopped all of a sudden and then 2nd car I think it hit first car and stopped and finally I bumped into the 2nd car

As per Illinois state I'm responsible for the accident and my insurance company will do the liability for 2nd car.

 

All went well but all of a sudden I got voicemail from my insurance that they want to chat with me as one of the car owner's attorney want to claim injury expense but unfortunately no on injured in the accident at all

 

My problem enti ante idhi naa 4yrs+ driving history lo ee attorney question ento deeni valla naaku em problem lo ardham kavadam ledu ...google chesthe insurance company chusukuntdhi and naaku em problem vundadhu ani

I had almost same incident but I was in 2nd car place. Third car totally got destroyed. Akkada situation might not be injuries but probably neck pain as sudden hit can cause the nerves pain in body m head. I guess vaadu adi claiming anukunta...its possible. Good luck.
