Very New To H1 , What To See In An Employer To Process My H!

Bayaluuu I have to apply for H1 this aprill and i am correctly working with a small desi consultant , Do i need to search for a good and reputed consulting ???

 

What all do we need to see in a consultancy to decide if it is a good one or not
