No brown rice and chicken or quno and chicken 2 same ikada kuda 8:30 avudi.. no 3 meals man just one .. around 9:30 oka 100 grm of broccoli and 4 asparagus steam chesuko..oka 3-5 spoon of cottage cheese also good 3 y asparagus aa?? Clean carbs which is no harm eating nite times and fiber too.. 4 p90 x ki carbs baganey kavali... so that u get energy to do that intense as in p90 x ... ur eating sweet potatoes which are good but split them don't eat 2-3 at once eat 1.5 on ur 3 Rd meal or whatever meal .. and eat 1 or 1.5 30 min before ur workout ...
