yes bro this one is a full time the first was on contract in 2012 June it was approved.

so for transfers (which is actually a new h1b application), they are not looking into the prior h1b approval...

 

in my case, I had my first h1b approved in april 2012, then I transferred to another employer in September 2012...my extension is coming up in 2015....I wonder how they are going to look at it....

 

I am already cap exempted....I don't know if that matters....mine is a full time job too
