nothing bad . its good to ask the amount prior to support rather than keep on disturbing in the progress of the future govt activities. Atleast then the govt thinks of doing work rather than solving internal issues . So one time settlement is always a good idea.

when CM always concentrate on the withstanding  his seat, when does he get time to do some work for the public. so when he had confidence that no interruption for 5 years or no internal issues. he can achieve a bit .
