List out things you need from New Government

Hello all,

This is a post to discuss the good we can do to India being a NRI....

Please do not pollute this with unnecessary abusings against either Chiru or Balayya...

I want you guys to list out 1 good thing you are looking from the new government..

whatever party comes to power (either Congress or PRP or TDP), first let us put out the list of good things we need to have.

Then we would try to find some path to contact someone in the new government and have them implement the same as early as possible..

Being NRIs I do not think, it would be difficult..we have guys here in this group who are very close with Congress, PRP and TDP..

So lets put these things in simplest and direct way.

My point is

"Improve health facilities in villages"

How:

Impose the rule of strict timings for everyone in a hospital.....

Reduce the corruption in hospitals.

Educate the people to report to either Collector or someone in the Government whenever they find something wrong in the system.

So guys whenever you write some point..try to explain how to accomplish the same.

Government hospitals.

Government hospitals should be properly maintained. They should treat the poor people with respect. Govt hosp should be provided with sophisticated equipment. No special importance should be given to the VIP....We should implement new strict rules for the doctors. Most importantly, care should be taken that the officials are corrupted. Govt hospitals should compete with the private hospitals, not in terms of money but in terms of Service. All the employees in the GO's should be provided with the welfare activities.

Education:

We all know how costly it is to make a child study in the private schools.so, there are few things that the govt first need to implement.

1. Improve the infrastructure of the govt schools. (infrastructre= buildings, rest rooms, bus service, best of education)

2.govt should provide proper salaries and facilities for the govt teachers. So, they opt to make their career in govt schools.

3. Govt should have control even on the private schools.i.e., govt should monitor the fee structure and also the education methods in the private schools.

4. It should be made mandatory to make the children play atleast an hour during the school hours. this is very much important for their physical strength

5. Education standard should be in competence with that of the CBSE standard.

6. If absolute free education is not possible, then i propose the govt to collect some minimum fee per year. (exempt the white card holders).

    If govt provides the schools with the best a student can get, then many of our parents would change their vision towards the Govt schools.

Nice topic dude.

Whatever the government,they should be sincere towards their duties.They should work for the people without expecting anything from them.If this is done,in future India will be the BEST.

The basic problem for the people is not education,but food,health and shelter.Still there are some areas where people are suffering for these. Government should take measures for them immediately.Moreover Government has to take measures to cultivate some jobs for the people.

Indians  money in  swiss bank should be taken back. with the fear of incometax and all our politicians are saving those amounts in swiss bank and see how much income we are generating for swiss. they are developing using those money

china is the no.1 country which provides more goods to US why cant we make the deal with US and generate some employment.

Corruption is the mail problem to our country. First of all higher officials and politicians should stop taking bribe. Their salaries should be more so that atleast they may stop taking bribe.

All the jobs should be like hourly paid and the payment should depend on the hard work and knowledge both. For example the construction people or snow cleaning people will get more money in USA. Like that either hard worker or talented people should get more money.

Another Suggestion:

Lands in the hands of Govt. Which can be agricultural lands should be used by govt  to cultivate and employ farmers for the purpose and provide all the benefits provided to govt employer.

Traffic system should be changed completely . System used by American and other countries should be employed strictly

one Specific rule I would say is enforcing a strict rules of number of people travelling a in a vehicle.Considering big vehicles like Innova, tata sumo which result in heavy traffic should have a minimum of two people in it or the person is supposed to use someother way of transport...

Hospitals and school should be built away from places with noise.

Ex: Our current CM YSR house is built beside Vivekananda Hospital, which is not to be encouraged. The Sirens and Security check is always a disturbance to patients, which may also result in traffic problems
