sam5484u Posted December 23, 2013 Report Posted December 23, 2013 Hello, I'm a FTE for an Software services company. I work at my employer location itself. But we will be handling one client projects from different locations. I don't travel to Clients location. My work location is same as specified in LCA, I-129. So I'm planning for visa stamping. But I'm confused on how to handle the questions. like 1.Who is your employer? 2.Do you work at Client Location? 3.I report to my employer (manager) and participate in client calls for the project Please help me on how to prepare for these questions? sam5484u Posted December 23, 2013 Author Report Posted December 23, 2013 Thanks for the reply. I will be able to get documents that show the contract details between my company and client. Will that be enough to show the relationship? 1.Can you please let me know what questions can be asked during visa interview in a situation like this? 2. Also please let me know what supporting documents that I need to carry to the interview? Quote
