1) Please fill ds-160 initial details ( at least 2-3 steps). You need to have just DS 160 number for the next step.

2)  create a account in the below link and fill up some details. Take the cgi number(availble in the Top right corner) and go to the Axis bank and Pay 190 bucks for H4. Once fees paid, within 24 hrs ur payment will be activated.
