Congress MLA from Secunderabad Contonment, DP Shankar Rao alleged that YS Jagan was behind the riots taking place in Hyderabad old city. He also demanded Jagan to come up with an explanation regarding the riots taking place all of a sudden without any reason.
Shankar Rao also added that YS Jagan's disrespect to Rosaiah and his government was clearly evident in Vijaywada airport when Jagan avoided the CM by choice. Jagan is planning to destabilize the government by creating chaos in wake of cabinet expansion alleged the Congress MLA.
