This is totally new topic. West is full of desi's. May be in another 5-10yrs down the line. California can easily be declared as Desifornia for sure. No Doubt. Tell me one such place where we don't have Desi's in entire california? I hope you can't. Take any remote place, we have desi's in every corner. I don't say that east will not have like this. But the % is very high in California rather than in east coast. That's the comfortability, flexibility we get in West. You believe me or not, north san franciso ...especially Santa Rosa, San Rafeal, Vallejo...etc is fully occupied by Punjabi's. When i met one person he was even a govt. employee who works in USPS and his entire khandan are staying there since 20+yrs. Still torwards north of Napa Valley, Santa Rosa they are spread across with lot of punjabi's. I am expecting in another 5yrs down the line, you can expect dhaba's around this area for sure. You can see your american colleague jonathan, patrick, Dan, Sam, Noel, ...etc will be having their lunch, dinner in these dhaba's along with our desi employees.
