But President doesn't require the Voting on the bill in Assembly..like other bills(Security bill etc which require approval of assembly)

Endi vayya ni thesis analogy...sare ni analogy lo cheppalante ikkada....assembly is not at equal level to professor, once the peer reviewers (assembly and parliment memebers) reviewed the thesis (draft bill) and made corrections (amendments), then only it will be put forward for final submission (voting) to Professor (Parliment)...

 

So Assembly ni professor anukovadam wrong...Assembly is just a place holder for peer reviewers...
