The meaning of that is even TDP is not able to form the government right..so they will be sitting in the opposition seat only...same is the case with Chiru...the election results show 1 as Congress, 2 as TDP and 3 as PRP..so instead of comparing 2 with 3, compare it with 1 and try to improve...
