150bryant Posted February 12, 2014 Report Posted February 12, 2014 Mitchell Johnson sold to KXIP for INR 650 lakh. Will Mumbai buy him back at that amount using a Right to Match card? They decide not to! Amazing. That's a bit of a steal for KXIP.
150bryant Posted February 12, 2014 Report Posted February 12, 2014 It's a bit surprising that KKR entered the bidding for Kallis so late, at INR 300 lakh and pushed the bid up against CSK. And then used the Right to Match card to get Kallis back. they could have let CSK have Kallis earlier and then bought him back at a lower price. Maybe they wanted to use the Right to Match card for someone else.
