We dont wish to see it as a capital...antha chetta chesestaru....I guess capital should be built in small villages like guntur and vijayawada so that at least developement decentralization avtundi...and more over IT and main employement oppurtunities and education instituations will be in Vizag...Already IT SEZ is establised with 200 companies in VIZAG
