I am sure Vizag will develop even if it is not made the capital. Making some other city as the capital will spread the development and avoid another Hyderabad type situation. What do you think?

yes bro...I absolutely agree that the developement should be decentralized...but we need to have a city which serves as a big brother in accomplishing the lion share to the budget and GDP of the state...and in order to come out of the current financial crunch and the budget deficiency that residual AP is facing...Vizag has to be made the capital as it is the only favourable place of investments and has the potential to grow on par to Hyd or any other metro city in the country. If it is not made the capital and some other place is chosen te be the capital..everything should be made from scratch...and God knows the fate of our state! 

Nope, Vizag has not got a Railway division...the seperate Waltair division might be formed in the next budget which can include the rest of the places in residual AP.
