ok but as I said no need for an agricultural hub.. vijayawada has a lot of educational institutions and rayalaseema always produces strong politicians so kurnool can be political hub and vijayawada educational/industrial hub..

Vijayawada - Guntur....Do not make it capital........ Agri fields will be destroyed....... do not make it capital.... or commercialize both the cities...... Just good for  education sector only.......

kadapa gets water through kc canal and other sources.. there was never big water problem.. I don't know much about the current situation since inter I always lived out of kadapa..inter was in Vijayawada btech hyderabad.. most of my family now stays in different towns as their businesses are in Vijayawada and Hyderabad. .
