On March 19, 2008, USCIS announced a regulatory change to prohibit employers from filing multiple or duplicative H-1B petitions for the same employee. To ensure fair and orderly distribution of available H-1Bs, USCIS will deny or revoke multiple or duplicative petitions filed by an employer for the same H-1B worker and will not refund the filing fees submitted with multiple or duplicative petitions. I applied for two H1B's last year from 2 different companies........one H1B was accepted and the other was rejected. But make sure that u submit same resume.......when applying with different employers...........ALl the Best Quote

Hmm my Attorney said not to apply for multiple with multiple employers , rendu cancel chasay chance undi antha kada avnaaa? "If you are already working with an employer and filing H1 with him and what is the reason for approching new employer for an other H1 for a different job" --This is what uscis asked --by my attorney ( last year h1 RFE) Quote
