Comptroller and Auditor General of India Report on AP Govt for the year ended March 31st 2009 reveals that AP Govt extended undue benefit to Satyam Computers and Mytas infro Ltd in allotment of 50 acres at Kapuluppada village in Visakhapatnam dt at a concessional rate of Rs 10 lakh for acre as against the prevailing value of Rs 4 crore to 4.55 crore an acre incurring total loss to Govt to the tune of 165.75 crores.

COG also stated that Development of Machilipatnam Port to MYTAS infra led consortium to the State Govt has paid the payment of Rs 335 crores as against NIL investment

COG also pointed that Dr YSR Govt spent Rs 81 crore in first 9 months for publicity though CM said he was against such extravaganzas.

COG also detected many irregularities in finalising tenders for irrigation projects causing a loss of over Rs 100 crore to the AP Govt

The same is the case undue benefit of Rs 52.52 crore to Kakinada Sea Ports Limited flouting norms. water Board made an excess payment of Rs 83 lakh to contractors of Krishna Phase 11

COG also pointed the undue favours to the tune of Rs 6.9 crore for the Sakshi news paper and Rs 81 lakh for Surya

Like this the tax payer's money was spent . No action on this irregularities and no accountability.No response by the irresponsible Govt.
