FTE antae...if at all project ipoina...bench period untadhi..or else ventanae inko project loki induce chaestharu..and we work for the client directly...pay checks client ae direct ga isthadhi contractors ki..once the project is done..in most of the the cases they are out of the company unless they are so exceptional and the manager wants him/her in his next project working under him.Contractors work under some employers..who pays them once he receives money from the client after his cut.
