try with ramineni law they charge more around 1500 for this  case but status  is imp na 

 

u have good chances as quota is open by the time u got approval and also it is a transfer of already approved h1

first time eee reject chesi unte memu regular lo apply chesukunevallam...this is the not the right way ani...

I'm in the same boat...ee issue never ending la anipisthundhi...last year naaku H1 approve aindhi but wife H4 conversion apudu tension padda ee issue repeat avthadhemo ani but it was all good...rnlawgroup or raminenilaw ni contact avvandi ee issue ki asap...around veyyi/ padhihenu vandhalu daaka charge chestarani vinna...

Hi..Thanks for your reply...Even I have my h1 valid till Nov 2015...are you considering to apply h1b in regular quota next year...I am in a confused state..whether to apply in regular quota next year.....Better I will contact attorney and ask there suggestion...
