I don't konw what India will gain by solving Kashmir issue. When it will, India can think about it. Don't say saving defence spending. do you want lakhs of soldiers to be benched and work as security guards at high rises in cities? India can afford this battle with Pak. Let pak disintegrate or combust before India pulls back.
