Hi as iplfriend said you can change your ip address and then visit the same site ..If you are having dynamic ip address then you can easily change it just by resetting your modem .Else if you are having static ip address then you must have to inform your ISP to change it ..After changing the ip address visit sites like [url="http://www.ip-details.com/"]Ip-Details.com[/url] to know your present network ip address..Then you can sure visit the same server which has blocked your ip address...
