bhargava_v Posted April 7, 2010 Report Posted April 7, 2010 dude..first ask your employer to return the money and re issue the w2...if he dont do then only u can claim from irs...you have to show letter from ur employer tht he dont wanna deal with this...i m sure tht ur employer will refund the money and issue a new w2c..act fast u only have 7 more days to file Quote
