bio Posted May 6, 2014 Report Posted May 6, 2014 I see where u r coming from....aa profit comparison... includes the cost of those 5 damaged as well...so you can not use that figure for 70... so 70 * 12 = 840, 75*12 = 900, 70* 14 = 980 so u cant actually relate them...since it includes the cost of 5 so 5 * 12 = 60 neeku 70* 2 = 140 kada...ee 5 price tesei... 140 - 60 = 80... :) ok ee okka logic cross check cheyyi man nuvvu cheppina daanni batti 70* 14 = 980 (idi meeku vocchina overall sale value) idi ok kada now remaining 5 toys loss cost 12*5 = -60 (because it loss) so ipudu overall sale 980 lo loss -60 teeseste meeru cheppe daanni batti answer 920 vostondi kada??, am I wrong in this approach here?

Now the loss you r talking...that is totally different from profit....can not cross check in that fashion... u cant do total sale value - loss to give original cost.... simple ga cheppalante...nuv 5 pens konnav 3 rs ki okati choppuna...so total cost 15...okati padayyindi...so loss 3...so u sold them to bit higher to make more money...say 5 per pen.....4*5 = 20...ikkada profit 5 now how can u relate 20- 3 = 17 and 15...??
