Customer Service Tools Outage ALERT

USCIS will conduct system maintenance from 9 p.m. to midnight (Eastern) on Wednesday, April 30.

During this time, our online tools will be unavailable, including:

  • Check My Case Status
  • e-Request
  • Change of Address Online
  • Check Processing Times
  • Civil Surgeon Locator

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
