Hi Guys,

 

Have a question regarding converting visiting visa to H4 visa. My fiancee in india, she already holds a visiting visa. Is it a good idea to convert visiting visa to H4 after entering into usa. If so what the documents do i need to submit. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 If she converts to H4  after cmng to USA She should go to stamping whenever she leaves USA. Its better to go for H4 Stamping in  india directly...If something bad happens or in worst case she can transfer her Visa after cmng to USA.

ya best is to convert in India...always safe and she would get it easily..no hassle's
