sairam Posted May 7, 2014 Report Posted May 7, 2014 Hi Friends, I have applied for H1B from two employers ( both come under REGULAR cap (non masters) and premium processing (both ) ) , one is through my current employer and other one is through my prime vendor . so its like two applications for the same job ( which I am currently working on ) , and now both got picked in lottery and for both I have to answer query :( , I have an issue with my univeristy ( which is not acrediated) so got query regarding my university documents and also for client letter . Can some one please suggest me , can I answer for both the querys from both employers or it will be risky as they both are for same job though different employers ( one is current employer other is prime vendor) ? Thanks !

sairam Posted May 7, 2014 Author Report Posted May 7, 2014 its quite common , anyone who is not from acrediated university have to file their h1 in non masters but still they need to submit their current status documents (which is univeristy i20 and opt card etc ) and everyone has to answer their querys like fee receipt , attendance sheet etc. I am not worrying much about my query , I am only worrying about two h1b applications got picked for the same job from two different employers . so I am worrying like do i need to proceed only with one employer or its ok even if i go head with both the employers and chose one after i got h1 approval ! evarina help cheyandi please.

Why is soo complicated baaa , you did a masters but applyed in general , you sent 2 applctns with same client .. and why did u submited your university docs ... this look complcated but its simple AFDB makes every thing simplee ATB

Answer for just one app and leave the other or cancle the apliction u dont want
