Jagan already said the capital will be equidistant to both regions and name that to include both rayalaseema and andhra and gave enough hints to build the capital from scratch. So my guessing would be some where in prakasam but far from coastline which would be the belt or Nallamala.

 

But Chandrababu on other hand is still following two eye theory and did not disclose his choices between coastal and Seema thinking if he setup capital other than GNT-VJA his strong support base would fume at him.
