Chandrasekhar Rao to learn the difference between 'shall' and 'will'." Chidambaram only said on December 9th that the process for Telangana shall start. he didn't say that the process for Telangana will start. There is a lot of difference between Shall & Will and if the TRS leaders misunderstood it then it is their own problem." he said.He said that the Telangana people rejected the TRS party in 2004 and 2009. He asked them to wait till 2014 to see if they get any clear mandate for the separate Telangana.He also claimed that most of the Hyderabadi people do not want the state to be divided and it is for this reason that they rejected the TRS, TDP etc in Greater Hyderabad in favor of the Congress party.
