Govt can't. only society can. its been 65yrs since independence.. and not much change in number of intercaste marriages. especially among dalits and upper castes. Govt is forced to use other ways to bring parity in society. like reservation. and if society has to remove it then society cant come just like that. Modi wouldnt have been not elected if he hadnt spoken about concerns of lower classes. so stop talking and keep looking.

They are not. I'm talking of tool turners, fabricators, etc who work in factories. Skilled labour, but work in unorganised sector and hence exploited.
