PS: You cant pluck money out from trees. Infra in India has gotten better. It may not be world class. but its decent atleast in industrial estates. I know in TN, it is.

It won't change the reality of a high dollar rate for rupee in anytime in the near future. I said, labour reforms will add more percentage to gdp, than infra development. I speak from experience.
