Unemployemnt 3. strikes from a workers union - which may lead to a total disaster when not addressed properly 4. ultimately loss of economy have you read labour policy in the US? workers ki policy prakaram compensation tho fire chesthaaru. India lo its not possible. It seriously hampers growth of industries in India. apolitical entrepreneurs can't survive if they agree to have a workers union (all of them are affiliated to some political party)
