Naku oka desi recruiting firm nundi 1099 meeda ofer ochindi.......i am on OPT now....h1 chestham next year annaru...... as of now w2 meeda vere recruiter ki ,vere company lo work chestunna...... Just now got an offer from a desi recruiting firm, and the pay is on 1099 basis...........

 

w2 ki 1099 ki difference enti pay lo......OPT lo emaina problem untada??? offer chetilo undi.........so jaldi reponse ivvali vallaki.........plz help cheyandi bhaiya...

 

 

btw nenu Mechanical , and ee position kuda Mechanical related e ........so plz give your suggestion......

w2 means company will pay some part of your taxes. 1099 means , you need to pay all taxes. you will receive more money on 1099 later you are going to pay all taxes to the gov.

theesuko vochu.....you have to pay taxes which might account to 7-8 dollars/hr
