Job Description:

1)      Good knowledge in core java.

2)   ORM (ie Hibernate) -Client uses own framework like Hibernate

3)   Web service  implemented using SOAP

4)   JSP and servlet

5)   SQL/PLSQL ( Good knowledge in SQL and PLSQL  known is good)

6)   Design pattern

7)  Message Queue or MDB (if known is good)
