Sub-inspector Prasad Babu has been awarded Ashok Chakra posthumously for an anti-Naxal operation during which he had led an assault unit of Greyhounds (anti-Naxal force of Andhra Pradesh) near Andhra-Chhattisgarh border on April 16 last year. 

Respect for the braves of this nation. the braveheart and his team of 19 (that he lead) killed 9 in the first assault. It was a team effort.
